會議上,趙總立足公司長遠發展,明確提出2026年加特將實現「質的變化與量的飛躍」雙重突破,核心發力點聚焦戰略部署升級與服務品質標準提升。針對社區層面,趙總進一步明確工作方向與核心要求,引導各社區負責人錨定戰略目標,優化工作思路,合理部署人員工作,強化社區服務與凝聚能力,為公司擴張提供堅實支撐。

On February 23, Mr. Zhao, founder of Gart, presided over a special meeting for community leaders. Core managers from all communities gathered to clarify the company’s development plan and blueprint for 2026, with a focus on strategic upgrading initiatives, laying a solid foundation for high-quality development and scale expansion throughout the year.
During the meeting, based on the company’s long-term development, Mr. Zhao clearly stated that Gart will achieve a dual breakthrough of **qualitative change and quantitative leap** in 2026, focusing on the upgrading of strategic deployment and the improvement of service quality standards.
For the community level, Mr. Zhao further clarified the work direction and core requirements, guiding community leaders to anchor strategic goals, optimize working ideas, properly arrange personnel, strengthen community services and cohesion, so as to provide strong support for the company’s expansion.
