2月2日，加特莊園中原區負責人龔喜（龔總）、李大有（李總）牽頭召開加特莊園中國區遊戲社群負責人交流會議，本次會議核心目標明確——全面總結2025年各社群工作成效、梳理經驗與不足，同步規劃2026年工作重點，指導各社群科學製訂年度工作計畫，凝聚全域合力推動加特莊園高品質發展。

本次會議由龔總、李總主講，二人針對2025年中國區各遊戲社群整體營運狀況展開回顧檢討，引導各社群負責人對照年度目標，全面梳理工作中的亮點與短板，歸納可復用的實踐經驗，正視發展中存在的問題。會議期間，各社群負責人陸續上台分享，結合自身區域營運實際，坦誠交流2025年的工作心得與實操經驗，同時直面營運中的難點與困惑，彼此借鑑、相互啟發，營造出「互學互鑑、共促提升」的良好交流氛圍。

分享環節結束後，龔總、李總結合各社群分享內容與加特莊園整體發展戰略，對2026年工作作出方向性部署，確保各項工作有序推進、落地見效。

本次會議緊扣總結過往、謀劃未來的核心宗旨，透過高層回顧部署、負責人交流分享，不僅為各社群梳理了工作思路、確立了發展方向，更凝聚了中國區各社群的發展共識。未來，各遊戲社群將以本次會議為指引，落實年度工作計畫，凝心聚力、務實奮進，共同助力加特生態持續高速發展。

On February 2nd, Gong Xi (General Gong) and Li Dayou (General Li), Regional Directors of Gart Manor Central China, led the Gart Manor China Game Community Leaders' Seminar with a clear core objective: to comprehensively summarize the 2025 operational achievements of all communities, sort out experiences and shortcomings, set the key work priorities for 2026 in parallel, guide all communities to formulate scientific annual work plans, and pool the overall efforts to drive the high-quality development of Gart Manor.

The seminar was hosted by General Gong and General Li, who conducted a comprehensive review and analysis of the overall 2025 operations of all game communities in China. They guided community leaders to compare against the annual goals, fully sort out the highlights and weaknesses in their work, summarize replicable practical experience, and face up to the existing problems in development. During the seminar, all community leaders took the stage to share their insights one after another. Combining their regional operational realities, they openly exchanged 2025 work experience and practical operational know-how, and frankly addressed the difficulties and challenges in daily operations. Through mutual learning and inspiration, a positive communication atmosphere of 'Learn from Each Other, Strive for Common Progress' was fostered.

Following the sharing session, General Gong and General Li, based on the content shared by all communities and Gart Manor's overall development strategy, rolled out directional deployment for 2025 work to ensure the orderly advancement and effective implementation of all initiatives.

Centered on the core tenet of summarizing the past and planning for the future, the seminar not only helped all communities sort out work thinking and define development directions through senior management's review and deployment as well as leaders' exchanges and sharing, but also forged a consensus on development among all communities in China. Going forward, all game communities will take this seminar as a guide, implement the annual work plans, unite their efforts, and forge ahead with a pragmatic approach to jointly boost the sustained and high-speed development of the Gart ecosystem.
