127日,加特莊園桂林遊戲社群核心骨幹團隊專程前往加特中原服務站展開參訪學習活動,旨在汲取先進營運經驗與團隊管理方法論,加特龔喜總經理全程陪同並提供針對性指導,以實際行動推動區域社群協同發展。

本次參訪聚焦遊戲社群營運核心痛點與能力提升需求,中原服務站充分發揮標竿引領作用,從社群活躍度提升、玩家黏著度維繫、優質內容產出及團隊高效管理等維度,毫無保留地分享了成熟經驗。

龔喜總經理在交流中強調,社群是遊戲生態的核心基石,中原服務站做為區域賦能樞紐,需持續發揮經驗沉澱與輸出價值,協助各區域社群補齊能力短板。與此同時,龔總經理結合桂林社群的營運現狀,針對性提出優化建議,為雙方後續深度協作、資源互通搭建了橋樑。

桂林社群骨幹團隊全程認真研習、積極互動,紛紛表示此次參訪收穫豐碩,中原服務站的營運經驗兼具實用性與創新性,為社群後續優化營運模式、提升服務品質提供了寶貴借鏡。未來,桂林遊戲社群將把所學經驗轉化為實際行動,持續完善社群營運體系,攜手加特各區域服務站共建高品質遊戲社群生態。

On January 27, the core backbone team of the GART Manor Guilin Game Community made a special trip to the GART Central Plains Service Station for a study visit, aiming to absorb advanced operation experience and team management methodologies. Mr. Gong Xi of GART accompanied the entire visit and provided targeted guidance, driving the coordinated development of regional communities with practical actions.

Focusing on the core pain points of game community operation and the demand for capability improvement, the Central Plains Service Station gave full play to its benchmark leading role and shared its mature experience without reservation from multiple dimensions, including boosting community activity, maintaining player stickiness, creating high-quality content and implementing efficient team management.

During the exchange, Mr. Gong Xi emphasized that the community is the core cornerstone of the game ecosystem. As a regional empowerment hub, the Central Plains Service Station must continue to exert the value of experience accumulation and output, helping communities in various regions fill their capability gaps. In the meantime, combining with the actual operation status of the Guilin Community, Mr. Gong put forward targeted optimization suggestions, building a bridge for in-depth cooperation and resource sharing between the two sides in the follow-up.

The backbone team of the Guilin Community studied earnestly and interacted actively throughout the visit, all expressing that they had gained a great deal from the trip. They noted that the operation experience of the Central Plains Service Station is both practical and innovative, providing a valuable reference for the community to optimize its operation model and improve service quality in the future. Going forward, the Guilin Game Community will translate the learned experience into practical actions, continuously improve the community operation system, and work hand in hand with all regional service stations of GART to build a high-quality game community ecosystem.
