越南已正式啟動加密資產交易平台執照試點。依據財政部2026年1月20日發布之第96/QD-BTC號決定，國家證券委員會開始受理加密資產交易平台的設立、變更及撤銷許可申請，相關製度依據政府第05/2025/NQ-CP號決議實施。新規要求申請機構須為越南本土企業，最低實繳資本為10兆越南盾，目前已有多家券商與銀行表達參與意願。

Vietnam has officially launched the pilot program for cryptocurrency asset trading platform licenses. In accordance with Decision No. 96/QD-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance on January 20, 2026, the State Securities Commission has started accepting applications for the establishment, modification and revocation of licenses for cryptocurrency asset trading platforms, with the relevant systems implemented based on Resolution No. 05/2025/NQ-CP of the Government. The new regulations stipulate that applying institutions must be local Vietnamese enterprises with a minimum paid-in capital of 100 trillion Vietnamese Dong, and a number of securities firms and banks have expressed their intention to participate so far.
