據《朝鮮日報》報導，未來資產集團（Mirae Asset Group）正推進收購韓國第四大加密貨幣交易所 Korbit 的相關事宜。未來資產旗下子公司未來資產諮詢已與 Korbit 主要股東簽署股權收購備忘錄（MOU）。目前，NXC 及其子公司合計持有 Korbit 約 60.5% 股權，SK Square 持股比例約為 31.5%。該筆交易估值約介於 1000 億至 1400 億韓元（折合美元約 7000 萬至 1 億），具體交易條款與最終成交與否仍存在不確定性。

As reported by *Chosun Ilbo*, Mirae Asset Group is advancing the acquisition of Korbit, the fourth-largest cryptocurrency exchange in South Korea. Mirae Asset Consulting, a subsidiary of Mirae Asset Group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on equity acquisition with Korbit’s major shareholders. Currently, NXC and its subsidiaries collectively hold approximately 60.5% of Korbit’s shares, while SK Square owns around 31.5%. The transaction is valued at approximately 100 billion to 140 billion South Korean won (equivalent to $70 million to $100 million), with uncertainties remaining over the specific terms and final closing of the deal.
