俄羅斯最大銀行 Sberbank（俄羅斯儲蓄銀行）正規劃推出以加密貨幣為擔保品的貸款業務，也就是以數位資產作為抵押發放盧布貸款。該行副董事長安納托利·波波夫（Anatoly Popov）表示，銀行已準備好與監管機構展開合作，推動相關基礎設施建設，並強調「盼能盡快正式商討相關交易事宜」。

Sberbank, Russia’s largest bank, is considering launching a loan business collateralized by cryptocurrencies—i.e., providing ruble-denominated loans with digital assets as collateral. Anatoly Popov, the bank’s Vice Chairman, stated that Sberbank is ready to cooperate with regulators to advance the construction of relevant infrastructure, adding that 'we hope to formally discuss related transactions soon'.
