立陶宛央行警告指出，境內加密資產服務供應商必須於12月31日前取得營運執照，否則將被認定為非法營運並面臨處罰。先前為加密貨幣交易所與錢包平台提供的合規準備過渡期，將於2025年年底屆滿。央行表示，自次年1月1日起，未經加密資產市場監管法（MiCA）授權，卻持續招募新用戶、收受加密資產或提供相關服務者，將被認定為非法金融活動，違規業者可能面臨罰款、網站遭封鎖等處分，情節嚴重者最高恐面臨4年有期徒刑。截至目前，僅約30家機構提交執照申請，而登記在案的當地加密資產服務商多達370餘家，其中約120家仍處於活躍營運狀態。

The **Bank of Lithuania** has warned that domestic crypto asset service providers must obtain licenses by December 31; otherwise, they will be deemed illegitimate operators and face penalties. The transition period previously provided for crypto exchanges and wallet platforms to complete compliance preparations will expire at the end of 2025. The central bank stated that starting from January 1, any entity continuing to onboard new users, accept crypto assets, or provide services without authorization under MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation) will be identified as engaging in illegal financial activities. Violators may face fines, website blocks, and a maximum imprisonment term of 4 years. To date, only about 30 institutions have submitted license applications, while more than 370 local crypto service providers are registered—among which approximately 120 are still in active operation.
