12月15日，龔衍鬆（龔總）率領中山遊戲社群負責人歐總及核心團隊，專程前往中原服務站開展專項學習交流活動。此次拜訪以「借鑑經驗、強化聯動、賦能團隊」為目標，透過實地參觀、深度溝通與實操分享，不僅協助中山社群優化營運模式，更讓新加入團隊的骨幹玩家直觀感受加特生態魅力，推動區域資源協同與轉化。

交流過程中，中原服務站加特講師丁璽文聚焦加特核心商業邏輯與營運機製展開系統講解，從價值實現路徑層層拆解專案核心優勢，為與會人員帶來專業且淺顯易懂的解析。與此同時，龔總與李總圍繞加特平台的長遠發展潛力、產業布局及公司戰略規劃進行深度賦能，結合產業趨勢分析社群未來發展方向，協助中山遊戲社群團隊進一步明確營運重點與落地計畫，現場互動熱烈、收穫滿滿。

此次跨區學習活動，不僅搭建起區域社群間的經驗共享橋樑，更順利達成營運賦能的目標，進一步強化加特生態的協同凝聚力。未來，加特將持續推動各地社群的交流互鑑，為社群營運與成長提供多元支持，攜手共築生態繁榮。

On December 15, Gong Yansong (General Gong) led Ou, the person in charge of Zhongshan Game Community, and the core team on a special study and exchange visit to the Central Plains Service Station. With the objectives of **learning from experience, strengthening linkage and empowering the team**, the visit helped Zhongshan Community optimize its operation mode through on-site observation, in-depth communication and practical experience sharing. It also enabled the backbone players newly joining the team to directly experience the charm of the GATE ecosystem, facilitating the coordination and conversion of regional resources.

During the exchange, Ding Xiwen, a GATE lecturer at the Central Plains Service Station, focused on the core business logic and operational mechanisms of GATE and delivered a systematic explanation. He disassembled the core advantages of the project layer by layer from the perspective of value realization paths, providing professional and easy-to-understand interpretations for all participants. Meanwhile, General Gong and General Li offered in-depth empowerment around the long-term development potential, industry layout and corporate strategic planning of the GATE platform. They analyzed the future development direction of the community in combination with industry trends, helping the Zhongshan Game Community team further clarify its operation priorities and implementation plans. The on-site interaction was frequent and the session was packed with practical insights.
