Blockchain startup Monad will be the first project to sell tokens on this platform. Coinbase's token sales platform will conduct token sales once a month and use an algorithm to determine how to distribute tokens to investors, striving to achieve broad and fair distribution. Investors can submit purchase applications within one week, and must have a good reputation, complete registration on Coinbase, and comply with relevant regulations to use the platform.
