Kazakhstan is promoting the establishment of a national cryptocurrency reserve fund with a scale ranging from \(500 million to \)1 billion, with part of the funds sourced from cryptocurrency assets seized overseas and repatriated. Timur Suleimenov, the Governor of the country's central bank, stated that this fund will invest in stocks of cryptocurrency-related enterprises and ETFs (Exchange-Traded Funds), while maintaining a cautious attitude towards directly holding cryptocurrency assets. He pointed out that the fund is expected to be launched by the end of this year or January next year.
