11 月 4 日，在管委會主任尚總及華中區域負責人龔喜總、李大有總的統籌組織下，鄭州週邊各社群負責人齊聚一堂，召開 11 月業績誓師大會，明確以「衝刺 300 算力」為核心目標，凝聚全員力量開啟攻堅征程。

會上，首先由李總與龔總進行 10 月工作總結並訂定 11 月目標；接著，尚總及各社群負責人陸續發言，結合自身區域實際狀況拆解目標、分享策略，內容不僅包含對過往工作的複盤檢討，更有對衝刺階段的堅定立場。與會者紛紛表示，將秉持「不達目標決不罷休」的決心，統籌資源、聯動協作，全力向 300 算力目標推進。

從目標確立到信心傳遞，此次誓師大會不僅訂定了 11 月的奮鬥方向，更充分展現加特人「同心同向、奮勇爭先」的進取精神。隨著衝刺號角響起，各社群已整裝待發，將以務實行動兌現承諾，力爭為加特生態發展注入更強動能！

On November 4th, under the overall organization of General Shang （Director of the Management Committee）, General Gong Xi （Head of the Central China Region）, and General Li Dayou (Head of the Central China Region), leaders of communities around Zhengzhou gathered together to hold a November performance rally. They clearly defined 'sprinting toward the 300 computing power target' as the core goal and united the strength of all members to embark on a crucial campaign to achieve this objective.  

At the meeting, General Li and General Gong first summarized the work of October and outlined the goals for November. Subsequently, General Shang and the leaders of each community delivered speeches in turn. They broke down the target based on the actual conditions of their respective regions and shared corresponding strategies—their talks not only included reviews and summaries of past work but also firm commitments for the sprint phase. All participants stated that they would adopt a determined attitude of 'not stopping until the target is achieved,' coordinate resources, conduct collaborative linkage, and make every effort to move toward the 300 computing power target.  

From clarifying the target to conveying confidence, this rally not only defined the direction for efforts in November but also demonstrated the enterprising spirit of GART members—'uniting with one heart and one direction, striving to be the first.' As the clarion call for the sprint sounds, all communities are fully prepared to fulfill their commitments through practical actions and strive to inject stronger momentum into the development of the GART ecosystem!
