據香港特別行政區政府新聞公報，香港特區行政長官根據《穩定幣條例》（第 656 章）委任穩定幣覆核審裁處主席及小組成員，藍德業資深大律師擔任主席，小組成員包括黃昊教授、丘沅雲、呂誌宏、麥業成、吳劍林、蕭子謙。審裁處根據《穩定幣條例》成立，負責在接獲上訴時，覆核香港金融管理局（HKMA）在《穩定幣條例》下作出的指明決定，有助確保有關規管決定合理且公平。

According to a news bulletin from the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), the Chief Executive of the HKSAR has appointed the Chairperson and members of the Stablecoin Review Tribunal in accordance with the Stablecoin Ordinance (Cap. 656). Senior Counsel Lam Tak-yip has been appointed as the Chairperson, and the members of the Tribunal include Professor Wong Ho, Yau Yuen-wan, Lui Chi-hung, Mak Yip-shing, Ng Kim-lam, and Siu Tsz-him.

Established under the Stablecoin Ordinance, the Tribunal is responsible for reviewing specified decisions made by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) under the Stablecoin Ordinance when it receives appeals. This helps ensure that the relevant regulatory decisions are reasonable and fair.
