10 月 23日，盤錦遊戲社群在四位負責人的帶領下，展開團建之旅 —— 全員前往大連海棠灣溫泉度假別墅，在放鬆休憩中踐行「邊玩邊賺」的社群理念。

活動現場，溫泉度假的愜意氛圍與社群交流的熱情相互交融：大家既享受休閒時光，也圍繞社群商業邏輯與機製，以及即將上線的加特傳奇等話題輕鬆探討，分享「玩」與「賺」的經驗心得。四位負責人結合社群發展規劃，與玩家互動溝通，進一步凝聚團隊共識。

此次團建不僅紓緩了玩家壓力，更以輕鬆的方式推動經驗互通，為盤錦遊戲社群後續「邊玩邊賺」模式的深化落地注入活力。

On October 23, the Panjin Gaming Community, led by four leaders, launched a team-building trip—all members traveled to the hot spring resort villa in Dalian Haitang Bay, practicing the community concept of 'enjoying fun while earning' during relaxation.  

At the event site, the comfortable atmosphere of the hot spring resort and the enthusiasm for community communication blended with each other: everyone not only enjoyed the leisure time but also had casual discussions on topics such as the community's business logic and mechanisms, as well as the upcoming 'GATE Legend'. They shared experience and insights about 'having fun' and 'earning'. The four leaders interacted with players while combining the community's development plan, further uniting the team's consensus.  

This team-building activity not only relieved players' stress but also promoted the exchange of experience in a relaxed way, injecting vitality into the further implementation of the 'enjoying fun while earning' model for the Panjin Gaming Community in the future.
