據彭博社報導，亞太地區三大證券交易所正針對加密資產財庫公司（DAT）收緊監管措施。其中，香港交易所近期否決了至少五家擬以加密資產財庫戰略做為主要業務的公司上市計畫，理由是其規則禁止上市公司持有大量流動性資產；印度孟買證券交易所亦拒絕了Jetking Infotrain的優先配售上市申請，因該公司計畫將部分集資款項投入加密資產；澳大利亞證券交易所則訂定規範，要求上市公司不得將50%以上的資產配置於現金或類現金資產，此規定幾乎使加密財庫模式難以落地執行。

According to Bloomberg, three major stock exchanges in the Asia-Pacific region are tightening regulatory measures on Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) companies. Among them, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) has recently rejected listing plans of at least five companies that intended to take crypto asset treasury strategy as their core business, citing its rules that prohibit listed companies from holding large amounts of liquid assets.  

The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in India also turned down the preferential placement listing application of Jetking Infotrain, as the company planned to invest part of its raised funds in crypto assets. Meanwhile, the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) has established regulations requiring listed companies not to allocate more than 50% of their assets to cash or cash-like assets—a rule that almost makes the crypto treasury model impossible to implement.
