10月4日,中原服務站李大有李總率領鄂爾多斯、商丘、山東泰安三地加特遊戲社群代表,前往開封尉氏與當地遊戲社群開展分享交流活動,透過經驗互鑒提升運營效率。
活動期間,李大有李總率先分享對加特事業的實踐感悟,為各社群提供思路啟發;其後,四地社群負責人圍繞運營真實案例展開深度分享,內容從玩家需求回應到業務落地實操,直擊痛點並引發共鳴。
交流環節中,各社群聚焦「玩家服務優化」「業務高效輸出」兩大核心議題,透過經驗碰撞解答疑慮,梳理出可複用的運營方法,並明確後續協同方向。此次活動不僅拉近了跨區社群的距離,更以實戰經驗為紐帶,為加特社群運營注入新動能,助力業務穩步推進。
On October 4, General Manager Li Dayou of the Central Plains Service Station led representatives from GATE's game communities in Ordos, Shangqiu, and Tai'an (Shandong Province) to Kaifeng Weishi, where they conducted a sharing and exchange session with the local GATE game community, aiming to improve operational efficiency through experience learning.
During the event, General Manager Li Dayou took the lead in sharing his practical insights into GATE's business, providing inspiration for all participating communities. Subsequently, the person in charge of each of the four communities carried out in - depth sharing around real operational cases, covering everything from responding to players' needs to the practical implementation of business, which directly addressed pain points and resonated strongly with the participants.
In the exchange session, all communities focused on the two core topics of 'optimizing player services' and 'efficient business output'. They exchanged experiences, solved puzzles, sorted out reusable operational methods, and clarified the direction of future collaboration.
