OKX 創始人兼執行長 Star Xu（徐明星）在 X Layer 線下活動中發表演講時表示，OKX 將建構開放式區塊鏈網路列為最高戰略優先事項之一，並規劃讓 X Layer 成為 OKX 錢包（OKX Wallet）與交易所的重要基礎設施。X Layer 的建設計畫分三階段推進：第一階段接入 Tether、USDG 等穩定幣專案；第二階段與 Aave、Uniswap、Balancer、Chainlink 等知名協議合作，使其成為 X Layer 生態的基礎設施一部分；第三階段透過激勵活動獎勵優秀專案，進一步壯大生態規模。Star 同時透露，OKX 已籌備 1 億美元的「OKX 願景基金」，並將透過多輪活動扶持生態內的優質專案。

Star Xu, Founder and CEO of OKX, delivered a speech at an X Layer offline event, stating that OKX regards the construction of an open blockchain network as one of its top strategic priorities and plans to make X Layer a key infrastructure for OKX Wallet and its exchange platform.  

The development of X Layer will proceed in three phases:  

1. The first phase will integrate stablecoin projects such as Tether and USDG;  

2. The second phase will collaborate with well-known protocols including Aave, Uniswap, Balancer, and Chainlink to incorporate them as part of X Layer’s infrastructure;  

3. The third phase will reward outstanding projects through incentive programs to further expand the ecosystem scale.  

Star also revealed that OKX has prepared a $100 million 'OKX Vision Fund' and will support high-quality projects within the ecosystem through multiple rounds of initiatives.
