隨著九月尾聲落幕，加特九月業績衝刺戰役圓滿收官。在全體系社群團隊的協同攻堅下，並有中原服務站、事業發展部的協同支援與協助，團隊突破多重挑戰，以亮眼成果印證了「加特人」永不放棄的不屈精神。

衝刺期間，面對業務推進中的節點壓力，加特人始終保持奮進姿態：中原服務站及事業發展部連夜優化資源調配方案，一線社群負責人帶領團隊攻堅作戰；即便遭遇臨時需求調整，也能迅速回應、即時支援——從社群的每一位加特人到集團高階管理層，每個人都憑藉「不服輸、不退縮」的韌性，將挑戰轉化為突破的契機。

此次衝刺收官，不僅是業績上的勝利，更是加特精神的生動詮釋。這份「逢山開路、遇水架橋」的不屈信念，將成為加特接下來衝擊更高業績、拓展業務邊界的核心動力，推動加特朝著新征程持續邁進。

As the final days of September come to an end, GATE's September performance sprint campaign has concluded successfully. With the collaborative efforts of cross-system community teams, along with the coordinated support and assistance from the Central Plains Service Station and the Business Development Department, the team overcame multiple challenges. Their outstanding results have validated the indomitable 'never give up' spirit of the 'GATE people.'  

During the sprint, in the face of timeline pressures in business advancement, GATE people always maintained a proactive and striving stance: the Central Plains Service Station and the Business Development Department worked overnight to optimize resource allocation plans, while frontline community leaders led their teams to tackle critical tasks. Even when encountering temporary adjustments to requirements, they responded quickly and provided timely support – from every GATE member in the communities to the group's senior management, everyone relied on the resilience of 'refusing to admit defeat and never backing down' to turn challenges into opportunities for breakthroughs.  

The conclusion of this sprint is not only a victory in terms of performance but also a vivid embodiment of the GATE spirit. This unyielding belief of 'blazing trails through mountains and building bridges across waters' will become the core driving force for GATE to pursue higher performance and expand business boundaries in the future, propelling GATE to continue advancing toward a new journey.
