交流過程中,周總首先彙報了葫蘆島社群當前的業務進展與痛點。白總則結合加特2.0階段的戰略方向,分享其他優秀社群的運營經驗與協同案例。雙方亦就「總部資源下沉支持」「跨社群經驗復用」等關鍵方向達成共識,明確後續的聯動推進節點。

On September 28, General Manager Bai Jinlong from GATE's Business Development Department made a special trip to the Huludao Community and held in-depth exchanges with General Manager Zhou, the person in charge of the community. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on core topics such as difficulties in advancing the community's business, resource coordination paths, and subsequent development plans, injecting headquarters support into the business optimization of the Huludao Community.
During the exchange, General Manager Zhou first reported on the current business progress and pain points of the Huludao Community. Combining the strategic direction of GATE Phase 2.0, General Manager Bai shared the operation experience and collaboration cases of other outstanding communities. The two sides also reached a consensus on key directions such as 'headquarters resource sinking support' and 'cross-community experience replication,' and clarified the subsequent linkage promotion milestones.
