Paul Chan, Financial Secretary of Hong Kong, released an official article titled *Contributing to the Development of a Financial Powerhouse*. In the article, he pointed out that artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain are not only revolutionizing technological tools but also reshaping the flow of capital and the boundaries of financial services, bringing new opportunities for the development of financial markets. Hong Kong is fully committed to building emerging sectors—including fixed income, money markets, commodities, and digital assets—into strong growth pillars, and striving to construct a more resilient and comprehensive financial ecosystem.
