According to a Reuters report, crypto custody firm BitGo revealed in its IPO filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that its first-half 2025 revenue reached $4.19 billion, a year-on-year increase of nearly four times, with a net profit of $12.6 million. Founded in 2013, BitGo is one of the largest crypto custody institutions in the U.S. and was valued at $1.75 billion in 2023. The company plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the stock ticker 'BTGO,' with Goldman Sachs and Citigroup serving as lead underwriters.
