雲鋒金融（00376.HK）發布公告指出，其區塊鏈團隊成功將全資子公司所持有的優質FOF（基金中基金）份額實現RWA（真實世界資產）代幣化，順利完成公司首個獨立運作的真實世界資產代幣化專案。該專案遵循香港證券及期貨事務監察委員會（證監會）的虛擬資產監管框架，旨在解決傳統基金份額轉讓流程繁瑣、流動性不足的痛點。此前，7月15日雲鋒金融已將RWA列為戰略重點；9月初更斥資4400萬美元購入1萬枚ETH（乙太幣）作為儲備資產。

Yunfeng Financial (00376.HK) issued an announcement stating that its blockchain team has successfully tokenized the high-quality FOF (Fund of Funds) shares held by its wholly-owned subsidiary into Real-World Assets (RWA), completing the company’s first independently operated RWA tokenization project. Compliant with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission’s (SFC) virtual asset regulatory framework, this project aims to address the pain points of cumbersome transfer procedures and insufficient liquidity in traditional fund shares. Prior to this, on July 15, Yunfeng Financial listed RWA as a strategic priority; in early September, it invested 44 million US dollars to purchase 10,000 ETH as reserves.
