香港會計及財務彙報局主席孫德基表示，香港穩定幣產業仍處於早期階段，若過早製訂過於細緻的審計準則，可能會對產業發展造成不利影響。他預期，香港或在 1 至 3 年後才會出臺全面的穩定幣審計與會計處理指引，明確審計方式及財務報表的確認、計量與揭露要求。

Sun Tak-kei, Chairman of the Hong Kong Accounting and Financial Reporting Council (AFRC), stated that Hong Kong's stablecoin industry is still in its early stages. Premature formulation of overly detailed auditing standards may have an adverse impact on the industry's development. He predicted that Hong Kong may issue comprehensive stablecoin audit and accounting guidelines in 1 to 3 years, which will clarify audit methods and requirements for the recognition, measurement, and disclosure of financial statements.
