中國銀行前副行長王永利發文指出，中國應有更清醒的認知與更前瞻的舉措，中國的重心不應是發展人民幣穩定幣（發展空間已相當有限），而是要實現換道超車，加快整體加密資產立法，鼓勵銀行等金融機構加快上鏈，積極推動RWA（實體資產代幣化）發展，吸引加密交易所於境內註冊或在香港註冊，加快人民幣上鏈運行；特別需防範美國出現的以立法方式全力支持加密產業發展，卻削弱必要監管的傾向。
