香港上市公司雲鋒金融（00376.HK）9 月 8 日公告顯示，公司已在公開市場累計購入 1 萬枚以太坊（ETH），總投資金額達 4400 萬美元（約合人民幣 3.14 億元），資金全部來源於集團內部現金儲備。雲鋒基金由阿裏巴巴創始人馬雲與聚眾傳媒創始人虞鋒於 2010 年聯合創立，馬雲透過持有上海雲鋒投資管理有限公司 40% 股份間接持有雲鋒金融權益。

此次大規模購入以太坊，標誌著馬雲系企業正式進軍數位資產領域，成為傳統金融機構擁抱 Web3 的典型案例。

According to an announcement released on September 8 by Hong Kong-listed company Yunfeng Financial (00376.HK), the company has accumulated 10,000 Ethereum (ETH) purchases in the open market, with a total investment of USD 44 million (equivalent to approximately RMB 314 million). All funds are sourced from the group's internal cash reserves. Yunfeng Fund was co-founded in 2010 by Jack Ma, founder of Alibaba, and Yu Feng, founder of Focus Media. Jack Ma indirectly holds equity in Yunfeng Financial by owning a 40% stake in Shanghai Yunfeng Investment Management Co., Ltd.

This large-scale purchase of Ethereum marks the official entry of Jack Ma-associated enterprises into the digital asset sector, serving as a typical case of traditional financial institutions embracing Web3.
