KuCoin 與越南區塊鏈及數位資產協會（VBA）及 1Matrix 簽署戰略合作備忘錄，旨在加速越南區塊鏈基礎設施建設、推進數位資產應用及促進數位經濟發展。KuCoin 提供技術支援，1Matrix 負責在地資源整合，VBA 推動政策協調與標準化建立，三方將共同打造透明安全的數位金融生態，並支持越南 2025-2030 年區塊鏈戰略規劃。

KuCoin has signed a Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation with the Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Asset Association (VBA) and 1Matrix. The initiative aims to accelerate the construction of Vietnam's blockchain infrastructure, advance the application of digital assets, and promote the development of the digital economy. KuCoin will provide technical support, 1Matrix will be responsible for local resource integration, and the VBA will drive policy coordination and standardization. The three parties will jointly build a transparent and secure digital financial ecosystem and support Vietnam's 2025-2030 Blockchain Strategic Plan.
