據東網報道，香港穩定幣條例草案法案委員會委員及立法會議員黃俊碩敦促監管機構在經過完善嚴謹審查後，儘早完成持牌穩定幣發行人的發牌工作並公佈名單，使市民大眾能在獲得法律保障及規管的前提下投資與使用。黃俊碩表示，穩定幣的各類實際應用場景仍處於探索階段，因此不應存在炒賣空間；近期坊間出現涉及炒作及詐騙的案件，他促請加強各類數字資產的公眾宣傳與教育工作，提升大眾警覺性，避免墮入詐騙陷阱

According to Oriental Daily News, Wong Chun-shu, Member of the Bills Committee on the Hong Kong Stablecoin Ordinance Bill and Legislative Council Member, urged regulators to complete the licensing process for licensed stablecoin issuers and announce the list as soon as possible after thorough and rigorous review. This will enable the public to invest in and use stablecoins with legal protection and regulatory oversight. Wong Chun-shu stated that various practical application scenarios of stablecoins are still in the exploration stage, so there should be no room for speculation. Recently, there have been cases involving speculation and fraud in the market; he therefore urged to strengthen public promotion and education on various digital assets to enhance vigilance and prevent people from falling victim to scams.
