據香港《大公報》報道，全國政協常委姚誌勝發表文章《聚焦三大主題推動香港高質量發展》，文中指出，錨定法定貨幣的穩定幣，既具備區塊鏈技術、分布式賬本賦予加密貨幣的開放性、透明性、去中心化與全球化屬性，又擁有法定貨幣價值穩定的特徵。香港作為國際金融中心及全球最大的離岸人民幣業務中心，更應發揮「一國兩製」優勢，在穩定幣發展領域搶占製高點，爭取建設成為全球穩定幣發行中心，進一步強化香港「數字金融樞紐」的角色。

According to a report by Hong Kong's *Ta Kung Pao*, Yao Zhisheng, Standing Committee Member of the National Committee of the CPPCC, published an article titled *'Focus on Three Key Themes to Promote Hong Kong's High-Quality Development'*. The article points out that stablecoins pegged to fiat currencies not only possess the openness, transparency, decentralization, and globalization attributes of cryptocurrencies endowed by blockchain technology and distributed ledgers but also feature the stable value of fiat currencies. As an international financial center and the world's largest offshore RMB business center, Hong Kong should further leverage the advantages of the 'One Country, Two Systems' principle, seize the commanding heights in the development of stablecoins, strive to build itself into a global stablecoin issuance center, and strengthen its role as a 'digital financial hub'.
