據《Money Today》報道，韓國金融委員會（FSC）計劃於今年10月公布韓元穩定幣監管法案，涵蓋發行條件、抵押品管理及內部風控，作為《虛擬資產用戶保護法》第二階段立法內容。此外，韓國四大銀行——國民銀行、友利銀行、新韓銀行和韓亞銀行計劃與USDC發行方Circle總裁Heath Tarbert會面，討論穩定幣業務。  

According to Money Today, South Korea's Financial Services Commission (FSC) plans to announce a regulatory bill for Korean won stablecoins in October this year, covering issuance conditions, collateral management, and internal risk control, as part of the second-phase legislation of the *Virtual Asset User Protection Act*. In addition, South Korea's four major banks—Kookmin Bank, Woori Bank, Shinhan Bank, and Hana Bank—plan to meet with Heath Tarbert, President of Circle (the issuer of USDC), to discuss stablecoin business.
