近日，事業發展部白金龍白總親赴盤錦遊戲社群開展實地工作，以「推動新遊戲社群落地」為核心目標，為社群注入專業支持，助力區域運營布局升級。  

此次白總實地推進，緊扣「新增遊戲社群」關鍵任務：根據遊戲社群的發展需求，從團隊架構搭建到標準化流程製定，逐項輸出針對性方案；手把手指導團隊解決籌備中的實際問題，確保新遊戲中心的籌建高效推進。  

此次實地支援不僅體現白總對社群發展的深度賦能，更為後續區域遊戲社群規模拓展樹立了實踐標桿。

Recently, General Manager Bai Jinlong from the Business Development Department visited the Panjin Game Community in person to carry out on-site work, with the core goal of 'promoting the launch of a new game community'. He provided professional support to the community and helped upgrade the regional operation layout.  

During this on-site promotion, General Manager Bai focused on the key task of 'adding a new game community': Based on the development needs of the game community, he output targeted plans item by item, from team structure building to standardized process formulation; he also guided the team hands-on to solve practical problems during the preparation phase, ensuring the efficient progress of the new game center's construction.  

This on-site support not only reflects General Manager Bai's in-depth empowerment for community development but also sets a practical benchmark for the subsequent expansion of regional game community scale.
