According to Sina Finance, Caocao Mobility signed a strategic cooperation memorandum on virtual assets with Victory Securities, a Hong Kong-licensed financial institution, today. The two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation around three major directions: tokenization of Real-World Assets (RWA), application of stablecoin payments, and issuance of compliant digital currencies.
