中原服務站為龔衍鬆龔總帶領的準遊戲社群開展的專項培訓正有序推進，透過管理層親授指導，從精神內核到實操策略全方位賦能，為新社群穩健起步築牢根基。

培訓當日上午，加特管理委員會尚主任親自接待準遊戲社群人員，以面對面交流的方式深度闡釋加特精神。從加特的初心堅守到生態發展的責任擔當，尚主任結合行業實踐與團隊成長歷程，讓學員們深刻理解加特「務實創新、協同共贏」的精神內核，凝聚起與加特同頻共進的信念。

午後，龔喜龔總接力授課，聚焦加特上單布局策略展開「手把手」教學。他結合真實案例拆解不同場景下的布局邏輯，從用戶需求分析到資源匹配技巧，細緻講解實操步驟與優化方法，並針對學員提出的個性化問題逐一解答，幫助團隊快速掌握核心運營技能。

此次培訓通過精神引領與實操指導的雙重賦能，既強化了準遊戲社群對加特理念的認同，又提升了團隊的實戰能力，為其順利起步、穩健發展提供了堅實保障。

The special training organized by the Central Plains Service Station for the quasi-game community led by Mr. Gong Yansong is progressing in an orderly manner. Through hands-on guidance from the management team, it provides all-round empowerment from the spiritual core to practical strategies, laying a solid foundation for the stable launch of the new community.  

On the morning of the training day, Director Shang of the GATE Management Committee personally received members of the quasi-game community and profoundly闡釋ed the GATE spirit through face-to-face communication. Combining industry practices and the team's growth experience, Director Shang elaborated on GATE's adherence to its original aspiration and its sense of responsibility for ecological development, enabling the trainees to deeply understand the spiritual core of GATE — 'pragmatism, innovation, collaboration and win-win' — and consolidate their belief in advancing in sync with GATE.  

In the afternoon, Mr. Gong Xi took over the teaching baton, focusing on GATE's onboarding layout strategies and conducting 'hands-on' instruction. He analyzed the layout logic in different scenarios with real cases, explained in detail the practical steps and optimization methods from user demand analysis to resource matching skills, and answered personalized questions raised by the trainees one by one, helping the team quickly master core operational skills.  

This training, through the dual empowerment of spiritual guidance and practical instruction, not only strengthens the quasi-game community's recognition of GATE's philosophy but also enhances the team's practical capabilities, providing a solid guarantee for its smooth launch and stable development.
