FOMC聲明指出，上半年經濟活動增速有所放緩，失業率維持在低位，通脹仍然略高。委員會將繼續縮減所持國債、機構債券和機構抵押貸款支持證券的規模。未來政策調整將取決於經濟數據、前景變化及風險平衡的綜合評估。

The Federal Reserve announced an interest rate decision with an upper bound of 4.50%, in line with the expected 4.50%, and the previous value was 4.50%.  

The FOMC statement noted that the growth rate of economic activity slowed somewhat in the first half of the year, the unemployment rate remained low, and inflation was still slightly elevated. The Committee will continue to reduce its holdings of Treasury securities, agency debt, and agency mortgage-backed securities. Future policy adjustments will depend on a comprehensive assessment of economic data, changes in the outlook, and the balance of risks.
