According to *Saigon Liberation Daily*, the Vietnam National Data Association (NDA) is advancing the construction of the national-level blockchain platform NDAChain to improve digital security and transparency in key fields such as government affairs, finance, and healthcare. Operated by a subsidiary of the National Data Center, the platform features functions including decentralized identity (NDA DID), encryption, tamper-proof records, and compatibility with international standards (such as GS1 and EBSI Trace).
