韓國中小風險企業部公佈《風險企業培育特別法施行令》部分修正案的立法預告，計劃將「虛擬資產相關行業」從限製性行業中刪除。修法後，虛擬資產企業將可申請或維持「風險企業」資格。修正案指出，隨著《虛擬資產用戶保護法》的實施及政策環境改善，繼續限製該行業已不合時宜。

South Korea's Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced a legislative notice for partial amendments to the 'Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Fostering Venture Enterprises', proposing to remove 'virtual asset-related industries' from the list of restricted industries. After the amendment, virtual asset enterprises will be able to apply for or maintain the 'venture enterprise' qualification. The amendment pointed out that with the implementation of the 'Virtual Asset User Protection Act' and the improvement of the policy environment, it is no longer appropriate to continue restricting this industry.
