據財聯社，京北方在投資者關系活動記錄表中稱，公司近日與國富量子創新有限公司簽署戰略合作協議，雙方將聚焦虛擬資產及數字貨幣業務，圍繞 IT 技術創新、虛擬資產及穩定幣生態圈合作創新、金融業務創新三個層面展開深度合作。此前，國富量子布局穩定幣生態，通過早期投資成為香港穩定幣發行人“沙盒”計劃首批參與方圓幣科技的創始股東。

According to Cai Lian She, Jingbei Fang stated in the investor relations activity record that the company recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Guofu Quantum Innovation Co., Ltd. The two sides will focus on virtual assets and digital currency businesses, carrying out in-depth cooperation in three aspects: IT technological innovation, cooperative innovation in the virtual assets and stablecoin ecosystem, and financial business innovation. Previously, Guofu Quantum has laid out the stablecoin ecosystem, becoming a founding shareholder of Fangyuan Coin Technology, the first batch participant in Hong Kong's stablecoin issuer 'sandbox' program through early investment.
