香港證監會官網最新信息顯示，BitMart 已於 6 月 27 日通過其實體 Spread Technologies Hong Kong Limited 正式提交虛擬資產交易平台牌照申請。目前，證監會公布的申請中名單平台共 10 家，持牌平台 11 家，撤回或退回申請者累計達 15 家（含重複提交者）。  

The latest information on the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) official website shows that BitMart has formally submitted an application for a virtual asset trading platform license through its entity Spread Technologies Hong Kong Limited on June 27. Currently, there are 10 platforms in the SFC's published list of pending applications, 11 licensed platforms, and a cumulative 15 applicants (including resubmissions) that have withdrawn or had their applications rejected.
