據香港特區政府新聞公報，6月26日，香港特區政府發表《香港數字資產發展政策宣言2.0》（《政策宣言2.0》），重申政府緻力將香港打造成數字資產領域中的全球創新中心。新一份政策宣言建基於2022年10月的首份政策宣言所提出的舉措。《政策宣言2.0》闡明政府構建一個值得信賴和著重創新的數字資產生態圈的願景，以風險管理及保障投資者為先，同時緻力為實體經濟和金融市場帶來實質效益。  

According to a press release from the Hong Kong SAR Government, on June 26, the Hong Kong SAR Government released the *Hong Kong Digital Asset Development Policy Declaration 2.0* (the *Policy Declaration 2.0*), reaffirming the government's commitment to building Hong Kong into a global innovation hub in the field of digital assets. The new policy declaration is based on the initiatives proposed in the first policy declaration issued in October 2022. The *Policy Declaration 2.0* articulates the government's vision of constructing a trustworthy and innovation-focused digital asset ecosystem, prioritizing risk management and investor protection, while striving to bring tangible benefits to the real economy and financial markets.
