Ukraine is considering partnering with Binance to establish a national strategic Bitcoin reserve. The First Vice Chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament's Finance Committee confirmed that the drafting of relevant legislation is underway, with the bill text currently being refined. He stated that plans are in place to submit the bill in the near future. Binance has also explicitly expressed support for Ukraine's vision of establishing a strategic crypto reserve.
