The North Carolina House of Representatives has passed the Di-gital Asset Investment Bill (HB92), which authorizes the state's financial department to invest in qualified digital assets. An earli-er version of the bill proposed that digital asset investments sho.uld not exceed 10% of the total fund, but the version finally pas-sed by the House of Representatives adjusted the upper limit to5%. The bill has now been submitted to the Senate for consider-ation.
